We accept exchanges, but we do not offer refunds. If you've recieved an item that is not what you expected, you can mail it back to us (at your own cost of a stamp) and we will send you a replacement for the item. Exchanges are valid for 21 days after the initial order is made. Exchanges must be between exact items. Please contact us in our contact form with your order number to begin an exchange.
